WBM international marketplace expects both individuals and sellers to adhere to the following code of conduct.

• Sellers are required to maintain high standards of ethics, honesty, and fair dealings. This includes everything including product listing description, quoting the price, and communicating with sellers
• Any misleading information lies or any other form of a breach that may go against generally accepted business ethics will be dealt with seriously
• It is the duty of sellers to educate/inform about business ethics to anyone else involved in their business operations including their employees
• Any form of bribery, kickbacks, or facilitation payments is not allowed and considered a breach of the code of conduct

Sellers are expected to act fairly all the times this includes (but not limited to)

• Any manipulative or gaming behavior with any part of buying and selling experience, any actions that can be perceived as manipulative including abusing our customer feedback and reward structure including providing false information in any way
• Any attempt of influencing our search for product system of sales ranking or any intentional damage to another seller their listing or their ratings
• It is the responsibility of the sellers to treat all the customers with respect and dignity. Any abusive comments or messages sent via our system will not be tolerated
• We expect our sellers to deal with their employees respectfully as well. Any reports of any abusive behavior or harassment will be dealt with seriously
