• How many mop heads come with this? It's comes with 1 pre attached mop head but you can order mop head pads separate as well as per your need.
• Where I can find the actual mop stick? This only had the base to put the pads. Currently you can only order the entire Floor cleaning system we are not selling the stick only.
• Can I use this mop with wet spray on laminate and do I spray the floor or the mop? You can spray either the floor or the mop pads. It's just a matter of personal preference / what works best for you!
• This mop comes fully assembled right? No, the handle isn't attached to the mop head so it ships better, but the assembly takes like 2 minutes and we have an assembly video for you if you need it :)
• Would I be able to use this to clean walls? You could, but it depends on your preference and the wall / how you're cleaning it. The mop head is purposely designed to swivel to make it easy to get around furniture and there is no way to tighten it. That said, some people like it for walls, while others think it moves too much.
• What is the best way to clean the microfiber pads in washer? We recommend rinsing them and removing any large debris from the mop pads for the sake of your washer. Then, just toss them into the washer like you would any other towels. Wash them with your normal detergent, do not add any softeners and let them air dry.
